Registration and Admission

A. NEW STUDENTS

PRESCHOOL REQUIREMENTS

1. Age Requirements:
a. Nursery: must be between 3 – 4 years old within this year
b. Kindergarten: must be between 4 – 5 years old within this samedayessay year
c. Preparatory:  must be between 5 – 6 years old within this year
 2. Photostat copies of the following:
a. NSO Birth Certificate
b. Alien Certificate of registration (ACR), for foreigners only
  3. Must pass the entrance examination

A Nursery applicant must be toilet trained and acceptance will further be     determined by an oral interview test and a written test conducted on a one-on-one   basis. Acceptance to Kindergarten and Preparatory is determined by a written entrance examination administered by the Admission Officer.

ELEMENTARY LEVEL

A. Grade 1
  • Must be six (6) years old by June of the Academic year
  • Must pass the entrance examination and interview
  • Children who are younger than six (6) years old by at most six months may be admitted to Grade 1 provided their readiness for school has been assessed positively by the school where they are applying for admission through the School Readiness Assessment Tool, in a relation to DepEd Order No. 25, s. 2007 on School Readiness Assessment for all Grade One Entrants. B. Grade 2-6
  • Must present progress report card (-138) and certificate of good moral character authenticated by the authorities of school last attended
  • Must pass the entrance examination and interview
C. For the Special Science Grade School
  • Must present original NSO birth certificate for new enrollees
  • Must have the General Point Average of 90%
  • Must present progress report card (F-138) and certificate of good moral character authenticated by authorities of school last attended
  • Must pass the entrance examination and interview

HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL

    1. Standard Program
  • Must present progress report card (F-138) and certificate of good moral character authenticated by the authorities of school last attended
  • Must pass the entrance examination and interview
  • Must have no failure in any subjects
  • Honor students(first and second honors) must present certificate of ranking
    2. Science High School
  • Must present progress report card (F-138) with 90% and above General Weighted Average.
  • Must pass at least two of the three subject areas namely (Science, Mathematics, and English) given during the entrance examination and interview
  • Must pass the interview conducted by the guidance counselor and / or School Director
  • Must possess good moral character duly signed by authorities of school last attended.
  • Honor Students (first and second honors) must present certificate of ranking.
B. OLD STUDENTS
  • They must present the progress report card upon enrollment
