HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL
    1. Standard Program
  • Must present progress report card (F-138) and certificate of good moral character authenticated by the authorities of school last attended
  • Must pass the entrance examination and interview
  • Must have no failure in any subjects
  • Honor students(first and second honors) must present certificate of ranking
    2. Science High School
  • Must present progress report card (F-138) with 90% and above General Weighted Average.
  • Must pass at least two of the three subject areas namely (Science, Mathematics, and English) given during the entrance examination and interview
  • Must pass the interview conducted by the guidance counselor and / or School Director
  • Must possess good moral character duly signed by authorities of school last attended.
  • Honor Students (first and second honors) must present certificate of ranking.
B. OLD STUDENTS

C. ASSESMENT AND EVALUATION
EXAMINATION
Examination are given to help both the teachers and the student to evaluate what the letter has learned and what he/she still needs to know about a particular subject during a particular period of time. Examinations could also very well serve as opportunities to build up one’s character especially with regards to honesty and integrity. Honesty must be exercised so that the examination will serve as a valid tool for evaluation
The following rules shall govern all examinations:
 A. No students shall be allowed to take the periodical examination  without a permit
– NO PERMIT NO EXAM
– An amount of P25. 00 will be paid for lost permit
B. No special examination will be given without the required permit for special examinations.
– special examination is given to a student who for some reason was no able to take the regular examination. Special examination is given two weeks after the regular examination period.
– An amount of P30. 00 will be paid per subject.
C. A student will not be allowed to take ant examination if he/she is not in complete uniform.
D. For www.writemypaper4me.org/ instance, he said, some of the timelines in the proposals were too long… Students are not allowed to stay in the corridor during periodic examinations.
Correction of  papers:
          In answering the periodic examination, high school student use answer sheet, which go through a scanning machine for checking. It is very important that student read and follow instructions in the answer sheet otherwise his. her answer become invalid.
GRADING SYSTEM
The school follows the numerical cumulative grading system that is computed up to the second decimal place except when there is a between or among honor students. In such case, grades are computed up to the third decimal places. The lowest passing mark in any subject is grade of 75%.

Quarterly grades on the periodical examinations and class standing shall be submitted to the registrar for record keeping and to the Director at the end of the school year. Each subject teacher should compute the class standing and submit the final grades to the approval. The final release of grades shall be done only by the Registrar’s Office and should have the written approval of the Board.
