PRESCHOOL REQUIREMENTS

 1. Age Requirements:

a. Nursery: must be between 3 – 4 years old within this year
b. Kindergarten: must be between 4 – 5 years old within this year
c. Preparatory:  must be between 5 – 6 years old within this year

2. Photostat copies of the following:

a. NSO Birth Certificate
b. Alien Certificate of registration (ACR), for foreigners only
  3. Must pass the entrance examination

A Nursery applicant must be toilet trained and acceptance will further be     determined by an oral interview test and a written test conducted on a one-on-one   basis. Acceptance to Kindergarten and Preparatory is determined by a written entrance examination administered by the Admission Officer. METHODS OF INSTRUCTION

  •   Advanced learners are ranked and placed in the Section 1 class of every campus (applicable only to campus with two sections per level)

PRE -SCHOOL

the pre-school level has three categories as follows based on age requirements:

a. Nursery: must be between 3 – 4 years old within this year

 ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION

EXAMINATION

Examination are given to help both the teacher and the students to evaluate what the latter has learned and what he / she still needs to know about a particular subject during  particular of time. Examinations could also very well serve as opportunities to build one’s character especially with regfards to honesty and integrity. Honesty must be exercised so that the examination will serve as a valid tool for evaluation. The following rules shall govern all examinations:

a. No student shall be allowed to take the periodic examination without a         permit.

– NO PERMIT NO EXAM

– An Amount of P20. 00 will be paid for lost permit

b. No special examination will be given without the required permit for special examinations. – special examination is given to students who for some reason was     not able to take the regular examination. Special examination is given two weeks after the regular examination period

– An amount of P30. 00 will be paid per subject. c. A students will not be allowed to take any examination if he / she is not in complete uniform examination. d. a. In answering the periodic examinations, high school students use answers sheets, which go through a scanning machine for checking. It is very important that students read and follow instructions in the answer sheet otherwise his / her answer become invalid. b. In the elementary department, the subject teacher checks the test papers; then the corrected papers are shown to the pupils in order for them to see their errors. GRADING SYSTEM

The school follows the numerical cumulative grading system that is computed up to the second decimal place except when there is a between or among honor students. In such case, grades are computed up to the third decimal places. The lowest passing mark in any subject is grade of 75%. PRE-SCHOOL
